The Combat Academy and Hereford Contact Karate Club bid a fond farewell to Teemu Leinonen who is returning to Finland.
Teemu has been training at both the Monday and Tuesday sessions during his stay.
In the recent Groundfighting competition Teemu finished in a very respectable 4th place in the -81kg category.
