Door-supervisor Training Courses: Restraint Holds
These practical courses examine the use of joint locks, throwing techniques, grappling, immobilisation techniques and teamwork. Although primarily aimed at door-supervisors, the courses are attended by martial artists, Police Officers, security industry personel, and individuals merely wishing to learn how to better defend themselves. The course is of 5 hours duration and takes place over one day.
By the nature of the course a lot of hard physical contact takes place, therefore a tap & shout submission system is used in order to minimise the risk of injury. We all have to get to work on Monday morning!

Self-defence Courses:
The course content can be adjusted to suit the absolute beginner through to the experienced martial artist. The course will generally cover:- Prevention and awareness, the law, striking techniques, escapes from holds, throwing techniques, grappling and the use of incidental weapons.
The cost of the course is £20 per person. Please note a minimum of 10 paying students are required for the course to run
The course is of five hours duration. The dates and times can be arranged to suit your needs. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time for your group.
The courses are generally held in Hereford. Alternative arrangements can be made, but may be subject to an alteration in cost.
